Warranty slip

We aim at full customer satisfaction.  To this purpose we add to each Vervaco kit a warranty slip, that can be used in case of yarn shortage.  Thus we want to make sure that all buyers of a Vervaco needlework kit, are able to complete their work and afterwards enjoy their needlework for many years.

If you follow the instructions carefully, you will have sufficient material to finish your work.  Should you run out of threads anyway, please return the warranty duly filled in, together with a sample of the thread you need.  We can then send you the thread you require.
