Hand painting canvases:
This technique guarantees a quality level that cannot be equalled by mechanical painting, because the canvas weave is never completely straight.

Silkscreen printing fabrics, doilies and canvas
Vervaco tablecloths are silkscreen printed with a special ink that disappears after washing. This technique allows a very wide colour range.

High quality embroidery fabrics are used to manufacture elegant ready-made Home Deco kits, on which only the design is to be embroidered by means of a chart.

Design Department
As soon as our design department in Belgium approves of a certain design, they send it by E-mail to CPT’s technical design department, where the necessary preparations are made to start production.

Quality Control
Before Vervaco needlework kits are put on the market, they are embroidered several times by our Quality Control Department. They also test painting quality, yarn width and check the yarn quantities. Furthermore this department produces finished models for photographic or exhibiting purposes.
