We have a question for you: Would you like to help us create a massive, worldwide piece of needlework?
At Vervaco, we’ve seen how much this community loves stitching together through our “Secret Stitch Alongs.” Now, we want to take that energy and turn it into one giant, collaborative artwork that will eventually be used to support a global charity.
The Vision: The Global Stitch Mosaic
We are planning a monumental mosaic made of individual panels stitched by people all over the world. Our goal is to bring together thousands of unique pieces into one single exhibit.
How you can help: Right now, we are in the early stages of figuring out how big this can actually be. We are looking for people who are interested in:
- Stitching a unique panel based on a digital pattern we provide.
- Using your own supplies and creativity to “stitch your mark.”
- Following the journey as we assemble thousands of panels into a final masterpiece.
Join the conversation: Since there are so many moving parts, we’ve started a public Facebook group specifically for this project. This is where we’ll share the first design ideas, discuss how we’ll get the pieces to us, and eventually choose the charity we’ll support together.
